This ‘Half-day’ course provides both theory and practical application in the communication of complex systems, focusing primarily on visual representation in the context of systems-based project delivery.Systems interventions can be a source of profound insight and discovery for those who conduct them, but without the ability to convey these discoveries to stakeholders in a meaningful and engaging way, nothing much is likely to change. How do you share insights with people who did not go on the journey?
